Satuit Release 18.3 focuses on reducing manual data entry and keeping contact records current with minimal effort. This release builds on the search and UI improvements from v18.2 by extending the Outlook Add-in, bringing Auto-Add Contact by Domain to full release, and introducing new homepage widgets to help teams stay on top of report activity.
Create Contacts Directly From Outlook
The Outlook Add-in now supports direct Contact creation from emails and appointments without leaving the inbox. Unassigned activities and appointments are fully supported, and emails from unassigned contacts are automatically tracked so nothing falls through the cracks. Configurable forms with field validation ensure the right information is captured at the point of creation.
Stay on Top of Report Results With New Homepage Widgets
Two new homepage widgets give users faster visibility into report activity. The “My Outputs” widget displays a user’s personal report results, while the “Report Outputs” widget shows results shared across the team. Both widgets summarize the top 50 results with direct links to the full outputs, similar in spirit to the flexible reporting introduced in our reporting tools.
Auto-Add Contact by Domain Goes Full Release
Expanded from beta, Auto-Add Contact by Domain automatically creates and enriches CRM contact records from email interactions, filtered by approved business domains. Domain fields can now be assigned at the Entity or Business level, with whitelist filtering to restrict enrichment to trusted domains only. Intelligent parsing pulls in name, title, phone, and LinkedIn details, while smart duplicate detection checks email, phone, and company domain before creating a new record. Global sync controls live in System Administration, with a user-level toggle for individual preference, and every auto-created contact is logged in the Audit Trail.
Contact Records Get Smarter
Age can now be calculated automatically from the Date of Birth field, and addresses pre-fill automatically from Business records when a contact is linked, cutting down on redundant data entry.
Built on a Strong Foundation
SatuitCRM v18.3 builds on the automation and UI modernization introduced in earlier v18 releases, continuing to reduce manual work for both end users and administrators. Next up in v18.4, we introduce Satuit Agent, our new AI assistant built into the CRM. As always, this release also includes bug fixes and quality improvements driven by client feedback and internal testing.
