Satuit Technologies Releases v18.2: Deeper Insight, Smarter Search, and Faster Daily Workflows

February 17, 2026

Satuit Release 18.2 builds on the platform’s modernization momentum with meaningful enhancements across Outlook integration, search flexibility, UI efficiency, APIs, and data visibility. Together, these updates help investment management teams reduce friction, work more efficiently, and gain richer insight into their relationships and business data, without disrupting established workflows.

Seamless Email Capture with Outlook Integration

With full support for Microsoft’s New Outlook, Satuit continues to strengthen its role as the system of record for client communications. Users can now stay productive directly from their New Outlook inbox while maintaining compliance and complete CRM visibility.

The updated email plug-in enables users to add emails (individually or in bulk) and appointments directly into Satuit, attach email files as document records, and view key contact details, such as phone numbers, within the side panel. Secure access is supported through SAML and two-factor authentication, ensuring enterprise-grade security while streamlining everyday communication capture.

Advanced Search Gets Smarter with Date Tokens

Date Tokens are no longer limited to Custom Searches. In v18.2, they are now available in Advanced Searches, enabling more dynamic reporting, rolling time-based views, and smarter Saved Views.

Teams can now search using fixed date ranges, standard comparisons, future and past rolling periods, and values relative to today, allowing searches and reports to automatically stay current without manual updates. This enhancement makes it easier to track engagement activity, upcoming deadlines, and historical trends with far greater precision.

Fewer Clicks, Clearer Interfaces, Faster Results

The release of v18.2 introduces a range of UI refinements designed to reduce clicks, improve clarity, and accelerate daily tasks for both end users and administrators.

Saved Views now intelligently display the criteria and data type behind each view, helping users quickly understand what they’re seeing. Reporting Requirements are easier to manage with new copy functionality, activity comments default to improved readability, and contact details are more accessible when copying addresses.

For administrators, configuration tasks are faster and more intuitive. Picklists can now be edited directly from the Data Dictionary, system administration opens in a new tab for smoother navigation, and SatuitGO forms offer greater flexibility in field configuration.

Expanded APIs and Integration Capabilities

Satuit’s v18.2 continues to modernize its integration framework. Automated integrations now support SMTP authentication and TLS for secure email delivery through Satuit Data eXchange (SDX), aligning with modern infrastructure requirements. Reporting Requirements are also now accessible via REST APIs, opening the door for expanded reporting, automation, and external integrations.

Richer Data for Better Visibility

Several new and expanded data fields provide deeper insight into entities, activities, and representatives.

Entity records now include a Total AUM field that automatically aggregates account-level AUM, delivering clearer visibility into firm-wide assets. Activity tracking is enhanced with additional formatted memo fields, enabling more detailed documentation beyond standard comments. Representative profiles are also expanded to support more complete and professional information, including department details, contact information, profile photos, LinkedIn links, and biographies.

Built on a Strong Foundation

SatuitCRM v18.2 builds upon the automation, speed, and UI modernization introduced in v18.0 and v18.1 releases. From the redesigned interface and navigation flexibility in v18.0 to workflow shortcuts and intelligent automation introduced in v18.1, Satuit continues to invest in making the platform faster, more intuitive, and more scalable for growing investment management firms.

As always, this release also includes bug fixes and quality improvements driven by client feedback and internal testing. Clients are encouraged to visit the Satuit Support Portal for detailed case updates or to contact our support team or administrators for assistance.
