Braintree, MA – March 24, 2020 (Updated – June 6, 2020) – Satuit is committed to supporting our growing user community through on-demand and live training classes. Our easy-to-follow training videos are intended to help you get the most from your Satuit User Experience.

In Q3 2019, long before the Covid-19 shutdown, Satuit Technologies undertook a major project to redesign every aspect of its Learning Center offerings and to expand online training. As a result of that effort, we were well-positioned to support clients working from home or any remote location. All courses are currently offered in an online format, with more than a dozen online live training offered monthly.

“While Satuit prides itself on our outstanding client service, we have recognized that our users are looking for more self-service options and flexibility in how they learn about our products. As a result, we have expanded our online learning options with live virtual training sessions, on-demand video trainings, and an improved experience for our online help. The feedback has been positive as we continue to improve upon our offerings.” Jamie Plassmann, SVP of Client Success at Satuit Technologies.
