This session concentrates on the data management tools available such as the Mass Update Tool, Activity Plan Manager, Opportunity Plan Manager, data cleanup, and Unassigned Items. From there, we discuss tips and tricks for internal reporting including our standard reports, scheduling reports, exporting data from the system, and system usage metrics.
