James (Jamie) Plassmann is the SVP-General Manager at Satuit Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience within the buy-side community — including 16 years with Satuit and 4 years with Cutter Associates. An experienced software professional, Jamie leverages a diverse background spanning product management, research, project management, consulting, software implementation, client service, account management, report creation, staff development, product demonstrations, and training. This breadth of experience allows him to excel as a multi-faceted leader capable of anticipating and responding to the full range of challenges that investment management firms face. Known for his deep ties to the asset management industry and his belief that technology should deliver focused, meaningful value, Jamie is committed to helping clients not just adopt software, but truly make it work for their business. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing and volunteers his time supporting his children’s sports and activities.
