With the release of versions 17.4, 17.3, and 17.2, Satuit continues to enhance the user experience and system utility. Release 17.4: Attachment Enhancements and Advanced Import Options
The highlight of version 17.4 is the feature that allows the addition of document attachments to various record types via the REST API. Now, you can directly import documents from external platforms, reinforcing SatuitCRM as your central system of records. This feature is incredibly useful for multiple applications, including importing cases from external client support software or automatically adding Client Reports from third-party tools.
Furthermore, admins can now create linked relationships in bulk, thanks to expanded import options. The new import types facilitate Business-to-Business links, Business-to-Contact links, and Contact-to-Contact links, and they can be employed via our Secure Data Exchange (SDX) or automated via the BulkAPI. Equally significant is the expansion of the Contact Import tool, simplifying the process of creating new Contact records tied to the correct Business.
Release 17.3: Browse List Preview and Strengthened Mobile Security
Version 17.3 has introduced the Browse List Preview Pane, which enhances usability by allowing you to preview the form of a selected record while still viewing other records. This means you can get an exhaustive view of a record, including linked relationships, associated records, and document attachments, without leaving the browse list.
Additionally, mobile security has been beefed up with the introduction of additional authentication for Satuit2GO—either through 2-Factor Authentication or SAML Single Sign-On—extending organizational security standards to mobile access.
Release 17.2: System Admin Enhancements and Zapier Integration Beta Program
Release 17.2 has made form configurations data-driven, allowing for the creation of forms based on the relevant fields for the record selected. This significantly reduces clutter and enhances the user experience.
System admins can now enjoy streamlined workflows with our added workflow action types, which automatically create new Documents, Deal Flow, and Mailing & Events records. Moreover, field management has been simplified to allow for the ability to amend field information directly from the Forms Configuration menu. Lastly, to further enhance integrations, SatuitCRM has launched a Beta Program for an integration with Zapier.
