Backup Request

Please complete all sections of the Data Backup Request Form. Upon completion, click the Submit button and your request will be directed to the appropriate resource at Satuit initiating the formal process. A Satuit Representative will be in touch with the authorized individual (indicated below) to discuss pricing for data back-up based on selected criteria below and to assure that proper legal authorization has been obtained.

Please include the the name of the person requesting the backup, the data contact who will be receiving the file, and the name of a authorized signer (the person who executed your Satuit contract or has the signing authority from your legal/compliance team).

Satuit will provide a SQL backup (.bak file) of the requested Satuit database and Global Document Library (if selected) to a secure FTP site.
