On the CRM side, the Winter ’18 release provides enhancements to the look and feel of SatuitCRM to improve the user experience. Users will now be able to create their own fully customizable Home Page layout to highlight the information they care about most. This drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to setup Buttons, Lists and Quick Links to put the most used features right at the user’s fingertips. Also, dashboards and graphs have been integrated into the main application. The combined functionality enables users to mix and match graphs and lists as well as promote the Dashboard items to be the active search lists. Finally, the Winter ’18 release includes a smarter fast find search bar. This will allow users to search across any record type to make searching quick and simple.
For SatuitCRA, the new release provides many enhancements including a new reporting menu and access to canned reports to better understand portal usage and report package assembly. Also, the Investor Portal has new customizations available for both individual users or groups of users.
