As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year defined by expansion, modernization, and deep collaboration with our customers. Satuit continued to advance both product innovation and client success, shaping the future of CRM for investment professionals. Here’s a look back at our biggest wins, key accomplishments, and what’s ahead for 2026.

Biggest Wins of 2025

This year, Satuit strengthened its position across the financial services industry, both geographically and operationally.

We expanded our footprint into new regions, adding customers in areas where Satuit has not traditionally been implemented. This broader adoption reflects the trust investment teams place in Satuit as their CRM of choice. Alongside this, we saw continued growth and profitability, enabling deeper reinvestment into product development, services, and the long-term roadmap.

Key Accomplishments That Shaped 2025

2025 was a milestone year for our product and engineering teams as well as our customer community.

We rolled out the SatuitCRM 18.0 UI Update, delivering a cleaner, more intuitive interface designed around customer feedback and usability best practices. This release laid the foundation for the modernized application experience customers will see over the next several years.

Satuit also launched its AI-powered features, marking an important step toward intelligent automation and insights that support AUM generators, marketing teams, and operations leaders.

Another major enhancement was the new Outlook integration, offering a smoother, more secure, and more reliable way to sync emails and communication history between Satuit and Microsoft’s updated Outlook platforms.

Internally, we solidified a forward-looking three-year roadmap, shaped directly by customer input through advisory sessions, feedback loops, and workflow evaluations. This roadmap has become a cornerstone for planning as we continue to evolve the application.

Finally, we began a renewed organizational focus on professional services, strengthening our ability to support customers with custom configurations, data management, reporting, and strategic CRM guidance.

What’s New at Satuit in 2025

This year, we expanded our ability to serve clients by adding a dedicated development resource to our professional services team. This investment enables faster turnarounds, more complex customizations, and higher-touch support for firms with unique CRM needs.

We also launched a new webinar series: “Building a Culture of CRM.” This initiative has helped firms better understand best practices around adoption, data governance, reporting discipline, and long-term CRM success.

Events & Partner Engagement in 2025

Partnership and collaboration played a major role in 2025. Satuit co-hosted several joint webinars with Profundcom and Versoft, bringing together CRM, compliance, and marketing automation experts to share strategies for scaling client engagement and operational efficiency.

These sessions were well attended and instrumental in strengthening client education and partner relationships throughout the year.
